These guys look great, but I have two suggestions--

First of all, the guy on the left is great--no, he's perfect. The guy in the middle is also excellent, but I would give him a plain black cape. The stars make him look a bit like a wizard and not like an über fascist politician. The guy on the right just needs a different face. He looks kind of like an 1800s doctor to me, and he needs to be a bit more... sinister.

Anyways, awesome job. Love the briefcases! :D

Well the stars are only on the inside, I thought it would be neat. As for the 'doctor' you want to look "trustworthy" as a Leader. : D
